We also look back at Ridley Scott’s 1979 original, and explore the latest Alien books, comics and videogames, as well as dedicating our quiz page to the series – altogether, that makes 21 pages of xenomorph-related readin’ stuff!
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power
The LOTR series returns to Prime Video on 29 August. We find out what we can expect from season two from showrunners JD Payne and Patrick McKay and stars Charles Edwards (Elven smith Celebrimbor) and Charlie Vickers (Annatar, Sauron’s latest guise).
Kaos
Three people discover their connections to an ancient prophecy in this new Netflix series. Creator Charlie Covell tells us how they went about putting a modern spin on classical mythology, while Janet McTeer and Jeff Goldblum talk about playing Greek gods.
Batman: Caped Crusader
A moody, noir-ish affair set in the ‘40s, Prime Video’s new animated series follows a young Bruce Wayne in the early stages of his crime-fighting career. We quiz producers Bruce Timm and James Tucker.
